I had the leisure double room which was recently renovated and non-smoking with a large bed. The location was ideal, not too far from a night club. There were a business park and business centers walking distance to this hotel.

Thanks guys for a such wonderful stay at all times vacation. The setting is stunning and superior, near Ayala Center.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptional, particularly J-land and Kahn who provided excellent service. The hotel's location next to Ayala Mall was convenient, and the security guards were friendly. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. The room was spacious and well-equipped, although hotel sleepers were missing. The relaxation facilities like the spa and sun terrace added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks such as Cebu City Philippines Temple and Fort San Pedro provided unique opportunities for family bonding. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hip new hotel with prime location close to the fast ferry to Bohol, and the breakfast was savoury. The staff were respectful, responsive. Room was silent with a clean bathroom and views of swimming pool. Early check in and excellent service. I liked the stay here.

Dive into Koshihikari rice paradise and epic local flavors. The Egg Station chefs and smiling attendants were top-notch. Close to Ice Castle, Flora Cafe, Casa Verde, and Simply J's Cafe for tantalizing bites.

Hallway smell needs a spruce, breakfast buffet not like the good ol' days—keeping it basic. Omelettes arrived chilled, need 'em made fresh on demand.

The corner deluxe rooms at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu offer an amazing 180-degree view of the city with stunning floor to ceiling glass windows. I absolutely loved feeling immersed in the vibrant cityscape, which made my stay feel truly special.

Personally, I found the in-room dining service a bit limited, but I'm sure others might still enjoy the convenience.

Plus, the thermal screening at the Welcome Center in Caticlan was impressive, making us feel like VIPs.

I wish the hotel had a hip rooftop bar with a DJ for some epic late-night parties.

Overall, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel at home.

One thing that could be improved is the waiting time for check-in. During my visit, there was a delay in room cleaning, resulting in a late check-in, which was quite inconvenient, especially with a toddler.

Glass walls give you a perfect view of the pool. The cheesecake is so good it will make your taste buds dance. The meeting spaces have all the fancy stuff. The room has a nice work station and the coffee is a plus. The restaurant has a wide variety of food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was excellent, close to Ayala Mall and the Cebu Golf Country Club. the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning staff, were all pleasant and greeted me with happy smiles. the food at the hotel was of a good standard and enjoyable. the check-in process was swift, and I was especially grateful to the hotel staff, particularly Ann, for keeping my passport safe at the front desk when I had forgotten to take it back after checking in. the hotel was great value for money and looked more expensive than it actually was. the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of local and international dishes, and the wifi was excellent. the housekeeping staff were also creative and displayed a cute way of folding towels. the genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression on me.
